The small print, in full

What counts as a calendar?: One per person clients can book: a stylist, a therapist, a bay. Someone who only works the counter does not need one. If your own chair is bookable, that is a calendar.
What if I take someone on mid-month?: On Enterprise, the next invoice reflects the calendars you added, at the rate we agreed. On the other plans you move up a tier when you need the room, and it starts that day. Moving down is your choice, once the smaller plan fits.
Does a bigger card buy a better position?: No. A tall card sits in exactly the place a standard one would. It buys room on the page, never rank. Results are ordered by what you searched for and how near it is.
Do you take a cut of a booking?: No. Not a commission, not a per-booking fee, not on any plan. Whensday never handles money between you and your client. Where you ask for a deposit we show the amount you set, and you collect it directly.
What happens to my listing if I stop paying?: You go back to Free at the end of the month you paid for. The listing stays up, bookings keep working and nothing is deleted. Your card returns to a standard one, and you cannot add calendars or branches past Free’s limits until you upgrade again.
I am already listed. Does anything change?: Nothing you use today moves behind a plan. If you are already past a limit above, you keep what you have. You will hear from us before anything starts costing money.

About paid placement

You may have seen a card marked Sponsored above a set of results. That is a paid slot. It is always labelled, and it is the only place on Whensday where money moves anything.

It is not for sale yet. An advertisement is worth what it delivers, and not enough people are searching Whensday for it to be worth your money. When that changes, the price will be on this page. It will never be bundled into a plan quietly.

Ranking is not for sale. A paid card takes a labelled position above the results. It does not reorder them.
