For physiotherapy practices
Rehab is six sessions, not one. Whensday books the series, holds the same slot each week where it can, and tells you the moment a patient drops one so the hour can be offered to somebody else.
Free, and no card. About twenty minutes to your first booking.
1. Rebooking the same patient, one session at a time, at the end of every appointment.
2. A cancellation on Monday that nobody hears about until the hour is already gone.
3. Two therapists, three rooms, and a whiteboard doing the work of a calendar.
Every service carries its own length, price and the people qualified to do it. Nothing gets booked into a gap it does not fit.
A booking arrives as a request. Accept it, decline it, or offer the nearest time you can actually do — and let them decide.
Confirmations when you accept, and a reminder before the appointment. The two messages that do most of the work on no-shows.
Printable from your dashboard. It opens your page, your services and your real availability — no app to install, no account to make.
The part that does the work
A QR code in the treatment room. The next six weeks are booked before the patient has their shoes back on.
Whensday is new in South Africa. The diary, the requests inbox, the reminders and the QR code all work today, and they are what we think is worth your afternoon — a front desk that answers the phone for you, whether or not anybody ever finds you through us.
The other half is a place customers search for physiotherapy practices near them. That is real and it is growing, and we would rather you listed for the diary and treated any booking that arrives through search as the bonus it currently is.
Listing is free. Bookings are free. Paid placement exists, is optional, and is always labelled as paid.
Your services, your hours, your people. Twenty minutes, and the next person who asks for a time can see the answer themselves.
